1. What 314DApp is

314DApp is an independent directory of Pi Network ecosystem apps and a Bulletin Board for articles, plus tools for authors and developers (Author Center / Developer Center). 314DApp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Pi Core Team. Listings, charts, Featured placements, and Campaign picks are not endorsements of any app or author.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Pi Network authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Pi credentials secure. We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the platform, evade moderation, or attempt to game incentives or rankings.

3. App listings

Developers may submit or claim apps. We may review listings for completeness and basic safety before they appear publicly. Always verify an app's domain against the Pi Network allowlist before connecting your wallet or approving payments. Optional paid promotion (e.g. Editor's Choice, Top Charts, Hero) is labeled as promotion and does not replace organic ranking signals.

4. Bulletin Board & user content

You retain rights to content you create (articles, comments, reviews, images you upload). By publishing on 314DApp you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and moderate that content as needed to operate the service.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, spammy, plagiarized, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes others' rights. We may edit, unpublish, reject update requests, or remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.

Authors manage published work via the Author Center. Changes to live articles may require an update request and editorial review before they replace the public version.

5. Tips, incentives & promotions

• Tips. Reader tips to articles or apps are processed through the Pi SDK / Pi Network and credited to the recipient's 314DApp tip balance. Tip balances may be withdrawn later subject to the withdrawal terms below (including platform and network fees).
• Reading rewards & campaigns. We may offer reading milestones, quality-based ranking boosts, author levels, and editorial campaigns with Pi rewards. Rules, thresholds, and availability can change; gaming, fake traffic, or self-dealing may void rewards.
• Paid promotion. Buying Featured / Board / Hero (or similar) packages grants temporary placement under the package terms shown at checkout. No specific traffic volume is guaranteed.
• Withdrawals. Tip balances may be withdrawn subject to review, minimums, and platform / network fees shown before you confirm. Pending or rejected withdrawals do not create a separate “success” activity entry; only completed payouts appear as paid withdrawals in activity. We may delay or refuse payouts that look fraudulent or violate these Terms.

6. Reviews & community signals

Ratings, likes, comments, and quality scores are community or system signals. Do not manipulate them. Developers and authors must not coerce or pay for fake engagement.

7. Acceptable use

• No scraping, abuse of APIs, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No malware, phishing, or listings designed to steal Pi credentials.
• No circumvention of review, anti-fraud, or rate limits.

8. Intellectual property

314DApp branding, site design, and platform software are ours or our licensors'. App and article content belong to their respective owners, subject to the license in section 4.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, ranking outcomes, reward amounts, or the safety of third-party apps you open from 314DApp. You use third-party apps and approve Pi payments at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 314DApp and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from tips, promotions, withdrawals, third-party apps, or content posted by users.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as features evolve. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to fees or reward programs may also be announced in-product where practical.
